NOC Construction was established in 2007 by Darren Mattinson, who has worked in the Construction Industry for over 30 years.  Now joined by a team of experienced tradesmen, including his eldest son, Darren has built a long standing reputation for a professional service and has built up long lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, associates and subcontractors.
